Flexibility and adapting to a client's way of operating is the core foundation of TERA's engagement model.

Depending upon the client, TERA Technologies has employed various SDLC methodologies ranging from the traditional waterfall to the latest iteration based approaches such as agile and spiral.

Given that we have taken on work that has ranged from owning the entire development cycle to just parts of it, TERA at times has had to learn and adapt to the client's pre-existing engineering practices.
